6. Your Content (Audio Uploads)
You retain all rights to the audio you upload ("User Content"). You grant us a limited, non-exclusive, worldwide licence to host, process, and transmit your User Content solely to provide and improve the Service (e.g. generating masters, troubleshooting, quality monitoring).
You confirm you have the rights to upload and process the content, and that doing so does not infringe anyone else's rights.
We do not use your uploads to train general-purpose AI models.
7. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:

10. Disclaimers
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available". We don't guarantee the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that results will meet your exact expectations.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or loss of profits/data. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service will not exceed the amount you paid to use the Service in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim.
Nothing in these Terms limits liability where it cannot be limited by law (e.g. fraud, death/personal injury caused by negligence).
